Which platforms does Sis Guard support?

Comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube are supported. Ad comments, direct messages, live chat and TikTok comments aren’t supported yet.

How hard is it to set up?

Setup takes about two minutes. Connect your accounts, choose your moderation rules, set up replies, and test a sample comment before Sis goes live.

Can I choose which comments Sis replies to or hides?

Yes. You set the moderation rules, approved answers and reply limits, and Sis follows them. Complaints and sensitive issues always come to you.

Will Sis ever answer a complaint on her own?

No. Complaints always come to you. Sis can draft a reply if you ask, but nothing is sent until you approve it.

Could Sis give a wrong answer or share an unapproved link?

Sis only answers from the answers you provide, and only links to domains you approve. If a question falls outside those answers, she passes it to you instead of guessing.

What if Sis hides a comment she shouldn’t?

Restore it in one tap from the activity log. Sis hides comments rather than deleting them, so nothing is lost.

Will the person know their comment was hidden?

On Instagram and Facebook, a hidden comment stays visible to the person who wrote it and their friends, so it doesn’t look removed to them. For YouTube, the platform moderation is different so, instead of hiding the comment, it is removed.

Will people know Sis is replying?

That’s up to you. You choose the tone, emoji settings and sign-off, so a reply can name Sis or sign off as your brand. You can also set a reply limit for each post.

Can I see what Sis has done?

Yes. The activity log shows what Sis answered or hid, day by day, and lets you restore any hidden comment. You can also export a CSV report.

Does Sis work when I’m offline?

Yes. Sis watches the posts you select around the clock, including nights and weekends, and follows the same rules and reply limits.
